Our greenhouse
At the Bleuetière Giard, we have a greenhouse to grow many vegetables from June to September. Our production varies from year to year based on the requests made by our visitors and needs in the local market. Our vegetables are sold at the Very Berry Boutique and can also be found in our vegetable baskets, the Sucré Santé.
Vegetables that we have produced in the last 5 years include: red and pink beef tomatoes, red and pink cherry tomatoes, yellow string beans, orange, red, green, and yellow bell peppers, hot peppers, English cucumbers, and Lebanese miniature cucumbers.
Garden vegetables
In our garden, we grow a variety of vegetables to fill our weekly baskets and to sell at the Very Berry Boutique.
In the last 5 years, we have produced zucchinis, butternut squash, yellow, green, and purple beans, kale, carottes, green onions, radishes, and lettuce.
Garlic
We also grow Music garlic at the farm. We also grow garlic scapes. Both are available at the boutique during the summer.
Our vegetable baskets
Our vegetable baskets are available for 6 or 12 week subscriptions. They include our greenhouse vegetables, our garden vegetables, our fruits, and a sweet treat every week.
