Ingredients:
- ½ lb of Quebec tomatoes
- ¼ lb of red onions
- 1-2 Quebec Jalapenos peppers
- Quebec Maple Syrup, to taste
- Juice of one lime
- ¼ cup of fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper
Steps:
- Cut the vegetables into cubes. Don’t forget to remove the seeds from the peppers to reduce the heat.
- Use a food processor to chop the vegetables and cilantro finely while also adding the maple syrup and the lime juice.
- Add the salt and pepper and adjust to taste.
