- ¼ cup of salted butter
- ¾ cup of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. of milk
- ½ c. tsp of vanilla extract
- ¼ cup of peanut or almond butter
- ¾ cup of large oats
- In a large pot, mix the butter, maple syrup and milk. Bring it all to a boil over mediumheat. Cook for 3 minutes, mixing constantly.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 2 minutes. Add the vanilla extract, the nutbutter and the oats.
Cover a baking sheet with wax paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto it. Allow tocool.
