Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsps of butter
  • 1-2 garlic scapes, diced
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 1 ½ cups of radishes, cut in rounds
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and scapes. Cook for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the radishes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 7-11 minutes. Once they are slightly transparent and soft, they are ready.
  4. Enjoy!
