Ingredients:
- 2 tbsps of butter
- 1-2 garlic scapes, diced
- ½ onion, diced
- 1 ½ cups of radishes, cut in rounds
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Add the onions and scapes. Cook for about 1 minute.
- Add the radishes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 7-11 minutes. Once they are slightly transparent and soft, they are ready.
