These blueberry and chia energy balls are the perfect snack to bring during family outings and vacations this summer!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (thawed)
  • 12 dates (pitted)
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until combined.
  2. Take about two tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. If it gets too sticky wet hands with lukewarm water.
  3. Place in the fridge at least an hour.

Note : They can be rolled in almond flour, coconut or cocoa before putting the balls in the fridge to set.
