These blueberry and chia energy balls are the perfect snack to bring during family outings and vacations this summer!
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (thawed)
- 12 dates (pitted)
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup chia seeds
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until combined.
- Take about two tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. If it gets too sticky wet hands with lukewarm water.
- Place in the fridge at least an hour.
Note : They can be rolled in almond flour, coconut or cocoa before putting the balls in the fridge to set.
