Ingredients:
- ½ lb of kale
- 2 tbsps of olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsps of maple syrup
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 375F.
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
- With your hands, rip the kale into 1-inch pieces without keeping the stem.
- Wash and dry the kale.
- Place the kale in a large bowl and add the olive oil and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the kale on a cookie sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes. They are ready when they are crispy and the edges are browning.
