We have many beehives that work hard to pollinate our flowers, notably in the blueberries, the raspberries, and the vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>In the production of blueberries, it is very important to have bees pollinate the flowers to guarantee a high-end production of fruits. They work from the opening of the flowers in the spring to collect nectar to make honey. It is the bees that turn the nectar into honey.<\/p>\n<p>Once the honey is made by the bees, we harvest it at different moments of the year, from spring to fall, to extract and filter it. Our honey is not pasteurized and is pure. Bumblebees can be heard all season long in all of our fields but they are necessary in our raspberries, where the nectar quantities are higher which attracts them.
