{"id":2699,"date":"2023-10-02T18:54:30","date_gmt":"2023-10-02T18:54:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bleuetieregiard.ca\/?post_type=cpt_services&#038;p=2699"},"modified":"2023-10-02T18:54:30","modified_gmt":"2023-10-02T18:54:30","slug":"maple-buttenut-gratin-dauphinoises","status":"publish","type":"cpt_services","link":"https:\/\/bleuetieregiard.ca\/en\/recettes\/maple-buttenut-gratin-dauphinoises\/","title":{"rendered":"Maple Buttenut Gratin Dauphinoises"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd tbsp of butter<\/li>\n<li>2 lbs of butternut squash<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup of parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tbsp of dried sage<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tbsp of fresh garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 tsp of cayenne pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup of 35% cooking cream<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsps of maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup of cheddar, grated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat the oven to 400\u00baF.<\/li>\n<li>Grease an 8 by 8 oven-safe dish with butter.<\/li>\n<li>Peel your butternut squash. Cut down the center and remove the seeds. Slice thinly to make half rounds. (NOTE: Thinner than in the image.)<\/li>\n<li>Place your squash in the dish to cover the bottom of the dish (about half). Season with salt and pepper. Add half of the parmesan cheese and the sage. Place the rest of the squash in the dish and season again with salt, pepper, and the rest of the sage.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, mix the garlic, cayenne pepper, and cream.
