{"id":2656,"date":"2022-06-22T01:10:34","date_gmt":"2022-06-22T01:10:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bleuetieregiard.ca\/?post_type=cpt_services&#038;p=2656"},"modified":"2022-06-22T01:11:12","modified_gmt":"2022-06-22T01:11:12","slug":"garlic-scape-and-cherry-tomato-pasta","status":"publish","type":"cpt_services","link":"https:\/\/bleuetieregiard.ca\/en\/recettes\/garlic-scape-and-cherry-tomato-pasta\/","title":{"rendered":"Garlic Scape and Cherry Tomato Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd lb. of spaghettini<\/li>\n<li>2 tbs of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 clamshell of Qu\u00e9bec cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of garlic scapes<\/li>\n<li>Juice of one lemon<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper<\/li>\n<li>Fresh parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 400\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>Cook the spaghettini according to the instructions on the pack.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the garlic scapes into small 1-3 cm pieces<\/li>\n<li>Mix the scapes, whole tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread them into a baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Roast them for about 10-14 minutes, until the tomatoes start to pop.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the warm pasta and lemon juice with the oven mixture.
