Maple syrup is the ideal match for this meat. It can be served with mashed potatoes and green beans.<\/h4>\n<h6>Ingredients<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>1 garlic clove, crushed<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. of pepper<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsps. of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 deboned pork roast, about 2-3 lbs<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of <a href=\"https:\/\/bleuetieregiard.ca\/en\/product\/maple-syrup-can\/\">maple syrup<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bc of a cup of mustard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Steps<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>In a small bowl, mix the garlic, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp. of olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>With a sharp knife, make a dozen of small incisions in the roast. Put the mixture in the slits.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerate for a few hours.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 325 \u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>In a hot skillet, brown the roast on all sides in 2 tbsps. of olive oil, about 8 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Put the roast in the oven and cook for 30 minutes per pound. Brush the roast twice during the cooking time.<\/li>\n<li>When cooked, cover the roast with aluminum paper and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the rest of the maple syrup with the mustard and use it as a dip.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1977,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","class_list":["post-1726","cpt_services","type-cpt_services","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","cpt_services_group-erabliere"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
