Asparagus are the vegetable in Quebec during the spring.
- 1 lb fresh Quebec Asparagus
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
- 1-2 tbsps of olive oil
- The Maple Garlic spice mix from the Bleuetière Giard
- Cut the ends of each asparagus and cut the larger ones lengthwise. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- Cover both in olive oil in an oven-safe pan.
- Sprinkle with the spice mix.
- Bake for 12-16 minutes. Mix halfway.
