- ½ lb of fresh kale
- 1 small red onion
- 2 tbsps of butter
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- Sal and Pepper
- Prepare the vegetables. Wash and dry the kale and keep only the leaves. Dice the onions.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Add the onions and cook until tender.
- Add the kale and let wilt.
- Remove the frying pan from the heat and add the salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle the maple syrup on the kale.
